Usui Reiki Level 1 Course
This is a Reiki level 1 Course over one day. Reiki is a wonderful healing experience that works on every level - physical, emotional and spiritual that brings many potential benefits. You can if you wish take this course with the level 2 course to complete the Rei~Ki syllabus over two days.
This course teaches Active Reiki in the traditional Japanese style of the founder Usui-sensei. You will receive the 4 Shoden attunements on level 1.
You will learn all the relevant Japanese techniques and theory for this level. You can view the complete syllabus on our website.
You will learn and practice aura/body scanning and self-healing during the course. On completion of the course you will be able to use Reiki to treat yourself with the Rei energy, the first part of the Rei~Ki energy. This Reiki course is certified and meets the requirements of the NOS guidelines. A comprehensive manual and post course support is included.
